Cognisense Labs has developed a system using global positioning and inertial navigation technologies in conjunction with custom software© to autonomously guide a robotic landmine clearance vehicle through a minefield.  The software precisely displays and records the area covered by the robot's demining apparatus in real-time to a desired tolerance level using a custom statistical algorithm while guiding the vehicle through the minefield.  The system is entirely portable and can be used on any number of robotic landmine clearance vehicles regardless of size or clearance technology.  Click on one of the links below to get a more in-depth look at the system.
